Review from Sales Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Operations Dept

I love it, working amongst each other feels good to be helpful

Review from Sales Dept

interacting with the customers and introducing them to new products

Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The staff is lazy. The good ones are mistreated so they end up leaving.

We get mistaken for actual store staff, and constantly get stopped mid tasks to get directions within the store

Listen to your customers Its not all about driving your wants down on people

I need to speak to a person on phone

Employees get no training, if they mess up on one reset a store can easily get that employee barred from servicing. Managers at some stores are hostile for no reason.

It's the same thing every day. Nothing is wrong. It's just that to pay rent and eat you have to work. Excited is the wrong word. Satisfied is a better word.

Review from Marketing Dept

Micro-managing needs to stop immediately

Review from Marketing Dept

My computer has shut down on me multiple times within hours for over a week, but I'm expected to complete my work with no delay. I have spent over 12 hours just so I could complete one single report. Im not getting paid for that extra time spent, because im salary.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Driving to locations that are not close to you. Your not assigned a store youll be all over the place just for 30mins at one store. This is not cool. People should be assigned stores that they work each week.

Review from Product Dept

Stop playing favoritism and promote based on skill set and when promoted offer the internal employee the same pay range as external hires. Start valuing the hourly employees that are putting in the hard work and show passion

Review from Operations Dept

more pay and giving supervisors more adequate people skills training

Review from Marketing Dept

Better hours for people who actually do their jobs, and events that don't take up your whole cart so you have 0 room to do anything

Review from Marketing Dept

I see people come and go because of lack of training. The leads and supervisor is stretch out, it's crazy

Review from Product Dept

Better people running and making decision would help.

Review from Sales Dept

Jobs are not always secure

Review from Operations Dept

Raise the wage, not just for the new people but for everyone. Make sure the employees have to wash the dishes right. Increase the amount of time we have to prepare and wash the dishes (we use to have 30 mins to get ready now it is only 15). Higher ups should be punished for causing people to quit.

Review from Sales Dept

What do you like best about your company?

The people who work there treat everyone like family.

Review from Customer Support Dept
