My retail supervisor and retail operations manager have been wonderful to work for but the upper level management has extremely disappointed me. I might ask where is HR on this matter?

My little leadership team at my job is good but not district manager!!
The market mgr and club Supervisor are what keeps me there, Fair, friendly, helpful, not afraid to dirty their hands, but the high paid people making the decisions and making all the money make this job harder than it should be.

Listen when their employees are telling them that other coworkers are bullying them and harassing them daily and also not being so rude when they speak to you . They could improve on having weekly meetings to discuss any issues or concerns as well as treating everyone with respect .

Talking to the people out in the field. Letting them know when there schedule is changed rather then changing it last minute. meaning 3 hours before you go to sleep not knowing you been removed from something.

We are required to use our phone for co. Use, such as logging in and out, keeping track of our hours and sending them to the co. On a weekly basics, checking our schedule, etc . We are not given any allowance for this. Been there 7 years with only 1_ 50 cent raise..
