They ask for long days but dont pay out

They pay lower than market value. Bonuses are considered part of the base pay compensation so it's lower than other companies. Anything over a 6% increase requires VP level or above sign-off so if you transfer to a higher-paying position you aren't paid fairly for it.

You are grossly underpaid in Client Services, and overworked. There are insane expectations and very little praise or compensation. The bonus wasn't even paid out in full last year in early 2020 for our work in 2019 which we rightly deserved and earned.

Employees are asked to complete the work of not just one person, but often times 3-4 people while still being paid at the bottom of market rates.
