Everything about the corporate vision is wrong. How can it be improved? Remove greedy executives like Ed Breen who care only about shareholder value and not about the success of the company, it's employees, or the state of scientific progress.

Our health coverage is poor, gets worse every year, and costs us more. Our raises are often frozen in lieu of a bonus which is much greater benefit to the executives. There is constant fear off irrational layoffs and downsizing every time the stock market struggles for a month or two.
