Fiserv is a great place to work. I have referred many people over the years. I think there are very solid opportunities for advancement if you work hard and get yourself involved. I do think there is a good work life balance if you work at it.

The compensation overall is good and competitive. The benefits are very expensive for top earners. We understand it is by design but it the plan is so expensive my family does not want to go to the doctor, which is a problem.
