Overall I'm fine with working here. I get great benefits and decent pay, although I wish that were improved. There's a lot of bureaucracy. I get conflicting direction from my business unit leadership on direction, and it seems like some directives are not well thought through.

My manager is fantastic, and my fellow teammates are aligned with his vision. Beyond that, it is the wild wild west as to whether other teams I work with are good.

Adjusting to current changes in the job market (e.g. work from home) and pay their employees more instead of investing in a ton of benefits that no one really uses. Better 401k matching. More focus on reducing technical debt.
