Challenging on multiple levels.. change is constant from a consumer "want" standpoint, from a technology standpoint as well as a financial and directional standpoint. I look forward to the changes coming as part of the reorganization and am excited to be a part.

Not a clear salary structure across the footprint, especially when comparing those who worked previously in larger companies when acquired. Re-evaluation against peers was never done. This is at engineer, manager and director levels.

Defining a solid strategy forward. Directions change constantly. There have been limiting financial factors in the recent past which is understood, however the plan seemed to be to hang on as long as possible, rather than course correct. Hopefully that changes with the reorganization.
