I really appreciate how much Goldman really cares about diversity. I was hired through the Neurodiversity Hiring Initiative, which literally changed my life as it was my first full time role. The people here are very nice and helpful too.

There is the ability to work remote at times. I do not know if we have many fully remote positions.

Once a year.
Compensation is done once per year. Raises are less than a cost of living increase unless you are on the revenue side and/or you have someone championing you.

MARCUS and possibly FICC respectively.
How's the vacation policy at Goldman Sachs?
It’s quite good. The minimum you get is 18 paid days a year and 9 sick days. The longer you are at the firm it increases e.g after 5 years you get 5 extra days and after 10 you get 10 extra days.
Pretty good - 21 days minimum amount in the US and then get more when promoted or been longer at firm. Also get 5 extra days when married.
