The beginning training provided was good. On-going safety training would be great. They try to provide good incentives for employees

Knowing that I work for one of the best companies in Texas. Going to work, doing my job to the best of my ability, finishing my task safely to come home to my family.

It was a fairly easy application, and the first virtual interview was fun and easy to ho through preparing for the next one. The hardest part was waiting in between each interview; takes a while.

Some work to get the job done, mainly the newer employees because they have a lot to prove and want that full time position. The more seasoned employees seem to call in more, take more bathroom breaks or use their phone while on the floor.

The most positive things are me and some of my coworkers. You get out what you put in so i try to stay positive. My pay is good but doesn't match the job description. I really like my job a lot but dont feel treated fairly.

Employees are treated differently in Pleasanton. Some may get a pay differential for working overnight while others dont. Some may be working overnight on a trail basis and not get the pay, while another is getting the pay. "trial" periods goes on forever, so no fulltime or benefits
