Great company to work for but for a young and hungry for success college student, Ive encountered more obstacles than I would like in order for me to even get an opportunity to move up with the company.

They base the management/operations interviews based off of behavioral questions. There is a big difference between a candidate talking about being able to do the job than actually being able to do they job. They miss out on A LOT of great candidates due to interviewers not liking the response.
