The only contact ive have with your lesdership team has been HR.. they are very unresponsive and unprofessional and rude. Ive asked them to get me in contact with someone above and i heard nothing back.

Ive worked for Hello Fresh for almost six months. Once I agreed to signing on to a higher position in another partof the warehouse my pay was never adjusted to the rate hr had me sign for. Now hr is threatening with if I decide to drop my position and go back down they will dock my pay rate.
