They should take the time to help a new employee learn their job and quit acting like they're better or snob are just because they've been there longer. How do you expect an employee to be successful but they're not giving the tools to do so

Technical skills of co-workers are wonderful, but the overall morale of the organisation is horrid. Remove the fear of being PIPed, discourage the boastful/gaslighting behaviours, and recognise the TRUE value of ALL employees.

Most of the technical people are conceated and rightly so since they are backed by leadership and get all exceptions. They think they are the only ones running the business and disrespect others even in front of customers

Less meetings to talk about the problem and more meetings focused on fixing the problem. Lack of ownership in organizations leaves problems to the “fix-it”

Coworkers throw you under the bus to defend their own paycheck any chance they can. Its the culture unfortunately when you are forced to validate your position monthly then comparison becomes a go to way to do so.
