Revisión Review del Departamento de Atención al Cliente · Publicado hace 7 años

Employees get overworked for little pay, pay raise is not even a pay raise, benefits are terrible, worksite is unsafe and company won't fix what needs fixing instead they give employees the run-around or suggest to leave the job.

Revisión Publicado hace 7 años

I feel the organization should take more of a share for healthcare costs. Also to grant more time for leave instead giving by seniority

A living wage is needed.

I am an IT Specialist and a computer programmer with a Masters degree. My government salary is only a fraction of that of a private sector employee.

To be compatible with the private sector.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Finanzas · Publicado hace 8 años

Union research shows we are paid 20% less than comparable private sect jobs. Also we have had no raises in over 20 years. Cost of living has provided at !let .005% so for a 25k salary that's an increase of $100 which is awful. There has been a long hiring freeze and cannot backfill meaning more wrk
