Not much. They constantly make decisions that make sense for large unclassified efforts, but do not work in the classified world or on small cutting edge projects. Those small projects lead to the next big program, but the big unclassified policies are making it hard to win those programs

understaffed teams are over worked. Inflation is outpacing raises even for high performers. Team members are leaving for 30%, 40% and sometimes 50% raises at competitors. Additionally, LM just switched to everyone getting the same raise no matter what, if you bust your rear or sit on it, same raise.
