Everyone of my teammates brings something different to the table. I love how we are open about all conversation. Recently, I have shared more of my diverse background and it has opened the team up more to share about themselves. Sharing is caring.

Our leadership team has seemed to miss the mark with hiring in key positions as of late. We need to take the time to be more intentional when it comes to our hiring whether it's a POC, female, or who the candidate. Let's ensure that the person we hire has the support in order to get the job done.
