My experience at mondelez has overall built me into the type of manager I am today. I have experienced a lot of ups and downs but have always come out resilient. Having thick skin is what makes or breaks you in this type of company and being able to adapt to the forever changing landscape.

The workload is very heavy and the hours that I put in do not add up to my compensation. Work is around the clock with little breathing room. In order for employees to keep their sanity and lower anxiety we should not be expected to work 7 days a week around the clock. Strict boundaries need set.
