frustrating. we get goals we can't hit and we have to make changes so often we are never able to get good at anything and then we are shown our more negative results as means to hold us back. there is rarely positive feedback because it's always coupled to a criticism.

We have changes every other month, we are asked to do more and we are not paid enough for it or the excess work. If people were compensated better they would likely feel just fine.

salary and bonus do not hold up to market standards or to the price of inflation. every year our KPI's move and there is not a real chance of getting a raise to keep up with either things mentioned above. all while CEO pay keeps going up
