I enjoy the brands I represent on a daily basis. I think compensation could be more competitive. Holding people accountable is very challenging. There should be more budget for team meetings or company gear to distribute to team members.

It feels difficult at times to drive results on my team when so many outside factors influence their day to day. It is also unclear that the executive team truly understands what middle management and store level employees work through.

I feel my direct manager values me and my contribution to the company. I feel the base compensation could be more competitive based on other District Manager salaries. Additionally, it feels unfair to bonus employees based so much on supply when we have been struggling.
