I'd like to see more actions when it comes to DEI and leadership. We speak highly of DEI and having diverse workforces, but our leadership team does not reflect that.

I feel like for the most it isn't as cutthroat as other CPG companies and there is a good work life balance. I don't feel pressured to work more than required and I can truly enjoy PTO.
