
My experience has been generally positive. I feel at times there is unintended pressure and unrealistic accountability placed on the field team. The field team is dependent on other business partners to be effective for customers. Following up with field partners can be frustrating.

Base salary is well below the average in the industry. While stock options are wonderful, that should be considered an added benefit and pay for tenure, not as part of the compensation package. Also, Healthcare benefits are double what my previous employer offered. Should also be a discount program
