Overall I have enjoyed being on the RFPIO team. We are in the awkward teenage phase of a growing company and we have things to work out but it feels like the leadership team is committed to learning and growing.

Overall RFPIO pays less than market value. Given that the job marketing is starting to hire more they will need to increase pay and benefits to keep talent and attract new talent.

They tend to make a lot of promise but often they are not fulfilled. And while there are clear sales goals, there aren't many other goals in terms on optimizing and streamlining the business.

When I am able to slow down a bit and plan things out in advance. When time is taken to strategically think about how a project or launch or other activity is going to impact the business and team as a whole.
