Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe the Pay! I've actually went 2years back on what I was paid. This is largely to do with the commission structure - where I'm partially involved but the larger part if the pipeline I needed to close more and to earn my commission. Targets could be revised is the needed pipeline is not committed.
