This is a difficult time because we are being trained remotely due to COVID. I know my supervisors are doing their best and they get back to us as quickly as possible.

yes it is difficult ramping up a large team remotely. We're doing our best. We will certainly make some mistakes but hopefully we'll identify them quickly, course correct and keep improving. Don't be afraid to share feedback. - jay
