Like the new flexible time off policy.

Core benefits offering is solid. Other benefits: summer Friday's, social gatherings, 401k, etc are great and always improving.

I want company contributions towards the 401k. I want more base PTO.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Weekly all-hands meetings as a company have been really great. Also celebrating employees who go above and beyond.
