We work together to solve problems, open and direct discussions, take the time for fun when we can.

The G&A team is like an extended family. We can communicate and work with each other without conviction and judgement. Working with the cohesive personalities within my team gives birth to the motivating factor that I personally need to have in order to want to come to work and give 100%.
