Wonderful feedback. We continue to look at how we are communication whether it be our monthly all-hands, functional team meetings, or the weekly CEO update on Operation Wow! to see if we are landing the right messages at the right time. - jay
The leadership team is very collaborative here- they do not blindly demand but work with their teams to determine what the team needs to accomplish the company's goals.

Good insurance choices and good vacation policy.

getting benefits right is never easy. We all have different wants and needs. happy to hear we've hit the mark with you. - jay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stock options are just that-options. If you cannot afford them, they are of little use. Being a startup the benefits are pretty poor and very expensive, especially for remote employees.

The company has a culture of working smarter, not harder. All options are thoughtfully weighed, all comments and concerns are addressed, and even if an outcome is not what you would like, you will know that the outcome that ensues was fully thought out.

It was not overly drawn out or time consuming. 3 interviews over a week and a half.

good to hear this feedback. There is definitely a balance that we need to manage - careful / deliberate diligence vs. purposeful movement in a frothy hiring market. We aim to be deliberate but respectful.
