Lots of change happening right now. Not sure how that will translate into future stability for me. Things have been good up to now, seems like that will continue, but time will tell.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not overly drawn out or time consuming. 3 interviews over a week and a half.
good to hear this feedback. There is definitely a balance that we need to manage - careful / deliberate diligence vs. purposeful movement in a frothy hiring market. We aim to be deliberate but respectful.
