Insight Global: overall good. I think there are still policies and practices that need to evolve - for example, straying away from only hiring directly from school with no experience. I think branching out to hiring people who have some experience would decrease the lag time to ramp them up and ensure productivity
Diligent: I feel challenged and pushed everyday, Diligent always makes me go beyond my comfort zone. I always learn something new.

Fanatics: We need to work on putting our employees first; work life balance doesn't exist currently and there is a risk of that getting worse when we return to the office in September. Great teamwork at Fanatics within the managers and staff. We are hiring good people to cultivate the right kind of change.

Diligent: Onboarding was terrible. Coming in as a contractor and converting to full time has been overly complicated and frankly quite painful, but I love working at Diligent and I'm so excited to see how the company grows in the upcoming years.
Insight Global: Great company with the potential to grow professionally and financially. I think we are a little bit behind with the functionality of systems but I think in a couple years will be even more successful.
