Consilio: We are eager to be a leading player in the marketplace, but much of our growth has been through acquisition. Integrations are grueling, as we try to onboard new colleagues, new processes, while managing existing tasks which have been impacted by attrition, poor training, and hasty integrations.

Consilio: Consilio is a great place to work and is consistent with delivering quality product. There is a struggle with anything outside the box and creative thinking is not fostered here. Consilio struggles strategically sometimes IMO, not realizing the impact on the day to day performance of staff.

Salesforce: I have not been with the company for very long but I feel that I am where I'm supposed to be.

Santander Consumer USA: Being more appreciative when people make their payments on their vehicles. I always make my payments early or on the date. There have been times I made a payment for two months. Just seems like they are too greedy to care. They need some very serious restructuring. It's ridiculous!
Burns & McDonnell: Good benefits. Engineers, architects and designers are professional, mannerly and supportive. Unfortunately there is a toxic and hostile atmosphere amongst some of the support staff, admins, project assistants, project coordinators and departmental marketing staffers.
Kemper Corporation: The customer service is horrible, improving thia would really help out alot. Also being able to have a chain of command so that customers can voice concerns to the next level of care.

Anthropologie: Actually ship what you you purchase. Unilaterally, they refunded an item that I paid for three weeks ago. When I inquired, since the tracking information indicated it had not been shipped, instead of shipping it as I had asked, they refunded the order without my consent. That is shabby treatment!

Grameenphone: leadership team mostly focus to execute the decisions which come from top... employee welfare and growth are of little consideration for them

Wilton: Wilton needs to hire a recipe proofreader. The recipies on their web site are riddled with errors. I.e., The first two recipe I looked at today had obvious error, counting yesterdays search, Wilton is 3 for 3 in the error department. This is beyond sloppy. Do not use this site for recipes .

Hines: To be treated as a real living, breathing person with responsibilities. Even with a degree, people of color are relegated to admin roles and engineering roles. Shame on companies like Microsoft that submit that they want to do business with diverse companies but award business to Hines.
