For a person with a family - the healthcare package and the cost of the health insurance can be crippling - I truly wish they could figure out a better and more affordable plan.

annual raise would be nice even if very small..along with recognition through decorations and or activities for staff members and more activities for residents that are also informative. also should post more pictures of staff around the building and maybe on the website for each different building.
