Love the people. Love the work when it is mentally challenging. A lot of my work is brain dead - anyone can do this. A lot of recognition to my face, less to the bank account. More compensation would make me feel better about my compensation. Bills are going up with inflation while my pay isn't. Taking on more responsibilities and developing more skills and knowledge to do my job better and helping create better systems to streamline information and getting a 'good job'..
