What's going wrong is the leadership and management levels in between. This is a dead end job as their is no growth without being related or friends with management. They will find ways to push you out.

We work at a fast pace. Communication is key to keeping everyone on the journey together. There's a balance between over-communicating and not communicating enough of the right info at the right time.

The “sales” aspect and being punished for people not having money on them that day after offering a “free” everything, also being told what to do constantly no matter what you’re doing at that moment, and hours being taken away and false info from the beginning

some managers don't know how to recognize people that really deserve recognition. Sometimes they sell people that don't know anything but they are friends

Management needs to manage, not come late (very )to work and sleep (and eat), then treat bad the ones taking care of the customers. it takes up to 10 minutes to get support. We get different answers and treat everyday. Not sure how leaders are selected. in general, the structure, the selection and

The department i currently work in seems to get the short end of the stick. Instead of giving answers as to why something is happening its thrown in our faces that "We are paid pretty well". All departments should be treated fair across the board and not just production.

I always wanted to work for Smile Direct Club and finally, I did. So excited I was finally accepted, but then this turns out to be not what everyone's is expecting. Had some issues with coworkers and leads that try to bring you down almost like harassment at a point I need psychological help.

The company is growing so fast and hiring at an extreme pace. This means teams are constantly in flux. Change is good -- as long as there is clear communication about what the changes are and how it will affect the team currently here. That hasn't been happening as of late.

Company is too focused on increasing short-term revenue instead of listening to customer feedback to provide a better experience. Also employees are not valued by upper management leading to high turnover and horrible morale.
