The company needs to look at it's leadership. There is a disconnect from the CEO, Regionals etc down to the DMs. The DMs push hard, too hard, for performance. They push for terminations and write ups a month in to a new hire starting. CHECK YOUR DMs!

There is a high expectation for selling which stresses out employees and leaders. We feel so much pressure daily that we lose sight of the customers experience at time. DM's and up make us feel bad about ourselves when we don't perform.

The leaders (not all of them) need to be humble and help the people, not chase them as if they are prisoners. The company is amazing, but some people are making this entire experience traumatizing.
