My managers are sneaky, evasive, lack communication and transparency. They lock the schedule away for days and gas light employees for not knowing the schedule was changed without being visible and without communicating. They're dishonest, unsafe people who do not respect employees concerns.

Respect, honesty, integrity, communication and availability. Stop hiding from your employees when they ask you to talk. Don't leave works 2 hours early because an employee asks you to sit down to discuss concerns.

I work circles around everyone, I am the only 12 hour shift person on staff, dedicating more time than anyone else on my team with the highest quality of work and new people are hired in at a higher rate than I make after 3 years. Also my boss will not give me my annual review even when promised
