I appreciate your feedback and thank you for your time at Sport Clips. Each store is individually owned and operated by a different store owner (some owners own multiple locations). Compensation and benefits also, vary by location and ownership.
Licensed Sport Clips Coaches perform quarterly success checks at each location to ensure consistency of our brand; for our clients and Team Members. I am sorry to hear that you are not having a positive experience. Please voice your concerns to your store owner so they have the opportunity to address them.
