My manager is a good person and keeps a level head, he is the only reason that, after having a stapler literally thrown at me by a customer, I continued to show up every day and try my best, it wasn't for Staples or some corporate mission, it was for him.

My leadership truly cares about the team. This shows in things like schedule accommodations and, out of their own pocket, stocking the breakroom with food so that no one goes without a meal (which is a big deal when your pay was so far beneath industry standard BEFORE the sudden rise in inflation).

There's no leadership where I'm at. My coworkers gave me an option get fired or quit I decided to stay despite of the unethical conduct and unwelcome behaviors I take every single day despite I have a disability it's not fair but it is what it is.

My supervisor for both the floor and the copy center helped me learn a lot and made me welcome there but the gm had changed about 4 times in 4 months and the sales manager isn't liked by most of the associates nor the other managers

The leadership team doesn't care one bit about any of its employees. One minute you're in, the next you're out. Ever year about April they "layoff" a large number of employees, while the following Monday, bring in the next batch.
