Leadership needs to accept accountability for their failures. Stop the blame game. Let the local operations have more control. Do away with centralization of every aspect of the company.

Complete overhaul of leadership. Its terrible. They also need to return to give the local offices more decision making abilities. After all who knows the local customer better than the people who services them.? Stop having every aspect of the company centralized. Leadership to show accountability
