Compensation is low compared to both other industries and our industry. The facilities are uncomfortable compared to working remotely. Leadership has shown that they care more about short term profit than the safety of their employees with their COVID-19 response and guidelines, decreasing my morale

Leadership needs to stop making company wide decisions that negatively impact employee health and safety. The leadership team needs to improve the culture of the company in order to retain employees. Additionally, they also need to embrace remote work given that we exceled during COVID.

I feel undervalued because I'm a high performer, but still paid within Textron's predefined pay bands. Compensation wise, I would feel better with more frequent raises or milestone based bonuses. Benefit wise, remote work would make me feel more valued since leadership does not value employee health
