I love the talent we have. So many of the folks who are some of the best at what they do. Together as a team we really see things work. We celebrate our successes as well as grow and build from our failures. Its very interesting to see the company grow

I dont like that I dont have a pension or something. Ive been here almost 14 years and have only recently done 401k which is a small match IMO. My pay is not that of a 14 year veteran IT Engineer. Our health insurance, eyecare and dental are a bit lack luster
