Job was sold as a creative opportunity, soon learned it was more about writing stale content at an unsustainable pace. A lot of pressure put on team during a global pandemic. No mental health support or understanding. Management has been inconsistent and suspiciously selective with promotions.

Too much pressure put on unachievable levels of productivity. Feel like if targets are not met even for one day we are singled out and watched. Compensation does not match the amount of work we are expected to do. Leadership is known to play favorites.

Manage expectations when it comes to productivity. Many of us are burned out from being expected to perform at an unsustainable level with no sign of progression in our roles or raise in compensation, particularly throughout the duration of COVID19. Mindfulness seminars only go so far.

Being a tenured employee, expected to take on lots of new work but being told we are "not ready" for a promotion. Creates a culture of self doubt and lack of confidence in fields we are being told we're excelling in. Feel leadership would sooner replace team members than adjust compensation/promote.
