The people are great and very supportive. Also, changes are made often which overall goes to show that leadership takes feedback seriously and doesn't dismiss it when there are areas of improvement.

I love the job and company but feel like the base should be much higher considering how much is out of our hands in terms of whether we hit quota or not, not to mention how much we have on our plates daily. Also, the benefits packages were disappointing if I'm being totally honest.
