My team and I try our best to make drive thru time but our best is considered our worse performance. They do not consider scenarios where customers may change their order or the fact that there are customer who order a lot of items that require more time to make. Women are paid less in my area in addition to women of color were paid the least. Benefit package needs reevaluated, no 401K, work/home life balance not in alignment.
