Working at Tophatter has been one of the best experiences in my career thus far. This is the first company that I have honestly felt the support in work/life balance and I would prefer that over any other benefit another company offers. Keep up the good work!

The people. Being able to talk to everyone in the office has been one of Tophatter's strong suits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I've been given more tasks that doesn't fit my title. Having a title change that better suits my responsibilities will be great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to learn from colleagues and try to understand how to keep them all happy at the office. Our office is another home and we spend a lot of time there - interacting with employees and learning how to keep them happy is what makes me happy at work.
