For my immediate pillar leadership, I believe they genuinely care about people and their quality of care. Other leadership seems focused on increasing the price of stock which they are heavily vested in. I feel fortunate to have the leadership we have. My manager however should not be in charge.

What I like best about our leadership team is that my direct manager is professional and supportive, and she cares about my success. Upper management is approachable, attentive, and fully engaged in leading our department to success.

They need to be more aware of things like employees working through lunches and breaks, often managers are in way over their head and dont do meetings with emoloyees that are rquired yo be done monthly. I have had 2 all year long.
