They need to reslize that the word " team" is worthless when used to bully staff. They need to stop giving lip service to corporate feel good words and treat staff as worthwhile, valued members and not as disposable items !

Coworkers are exhausted from the bullying and lack of adequate staffing. We need more staff. There are no meetings. There should be. There needs to be better access to HR beyond the store level to address the problem managers over their heads. Please ! Do it !

Zero benefits. Lower than cost of living wages, no staff discounts. All that while we are expected to feel " proud to be a part of the BJs team"! Hello! Treat your staff like essential workers, hire more staff and stop expecting us to work overtime to meet the needs of the store on a skeleton crew
