I was working well over 25hrs(part-time) before COVID with my old assistant manager. Now I'll be lucky to work 2 DAYS A WEEK. Not to mention we've had NEW HIRES for the past couple of months. $60 a paycheck is NOT enough to live on AND they denied my application for EDD on top of all of this.

Communication and fair distribution of hours amongst all the employees, to not pick favorites and terminate those who choose to not show up during the probation period and call off constantly.

My position was changed without my consent and my hours were cut (from about 20 hrs to 6) without proper warning. I want to be treated as the good employee i am, which is someone who knows the store very well and should be at least a key holder by now.
