
Needs to be better: Implementing new ideas. Rather than inspiring, leadership is totalitarian and unresponsive.
Some members of the team are cheerful and flexible in their duties and willing to help out. Real team players.
To make the culture better, corporate team/leadership should value their store team members more highly in actuality,instead of only in lip service.
I have a very challenging and stressful position of responsibility, requiring hard work both mentally and physically. Yet I make pennies over minimum wage.

Improvement needed in communication. Checking on the status of interview was problematic,and even after being hired, status checks were confusing and mostly unhelpful. And to this day, I know of several employees whose names aren't even correctly spelled in the system.
