Better management. Instead of MODS talking ABOUT employees to other employees talk to your employees. This was Jr high all over again.

Getting breaks on time, allowing you to take your breaks in a timely fashion. Stop laughing when employees are afraid of them. When you call for a 99 make them come up. I waited a long, long time. When I called again I was told never to call for help twice.
Like instated, no rude remarks, NO driving employees to tears. I'm not the only one they do this too. Maybe have immediate "mods" do actual work instead of gossiping in the break room. Also allow your employees to go to the restroom BEFORE it's too late. STOP GIVING US 38 HOURS WITHOUT BENEFITS.
