I have had great management for the last few years, but they were not getting work because of covid so they moved on. ASM basically cut their pay, so they needed better jobs and its sad because to me, they had value.

Management changes constantly. Especially this last year. Boss changes and sometimes too lazy to do their work I suppose. They need to know basic knowledge of the stores and not have lower employees doing their job for them with no extra pay. Yeah you heard me, seriously.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
Talking to customers is fun. Some stores got great managers (we work within the stores ) but sometimes we get awful store managers that mess up our jobs and they do not cooperate. Time to call their customer service and HR takes forever to get to, OMG on the phone for hours trying to get stuff done.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Starting pay should be 15-16$. Alch demo should start at 22$. It took advantage years and at 11$ an hour to change to what 12-14$ now? other people come in and starting pay is 25$ an hour for the same 11$ an hour job? Now is that fair? No it is not. That is why some will not travel within the city.
