Treating the team of samplers like they're part of the team. Leadership is full time we are not. In my opinion, each sample should last 8.5 hours. But advantage won't invest in its employees on a full-time basis. Every demonstrator should be treated equal opportunities are lacking for favorite $50

This is not a mentally easy job. Physically 90% of the samples are in fact very low physical activity. If sample a is put out on Saturday. Then it should be put on weekends only. It's really hard to match a very high sales quota from the weekend when sampling on a weekday. Hourly rate $17 w/min

The team is diverse. We live in a society that continues to lose manners and respect. When people go to a fast food place they don't reach behind the counter to grab their food they wait for it to be handed to them. Out of 3,500 samples the gratitude rate is less than 10%. Or just 350

Managers and other employees are extremely helpful and they're always there for us if we have questions

Positive when people acknowledge with gratitude or thank you. Educating people about healthy food is also a big plus. And finally when it works out the manager and leaders ensure you are within 10 feet of your product. I still feel that it should be 7 hours minimum because sanitation takes time

Everytging from support training and pay the hours are being cut. You can't depend on your CM to get your per diem or hours fixed.
